Obuasi is the cornerstone of Fiq Mining Services' West African portfolio — a deep underground operation working an orebody that has produced gold for more than a century. A multi-year modernisation programme has introduced mechanised mining, paste backfill, and a refurbished processing plant.

The operation is powered increasingly from grid hydro, and a long-life resource underpins more than two decades of planned production at competitive all-in sustaining costs.
